How often to do you think about what you’re thinking about? Thoughts are the fuel that we run on. They drive our behaviors, our emotions, our lives, and yet most of the time they are outside our awareness.
Through coaching, you can learn how to become aware of what you are thinking — so you may examine your thoughts, to see if they are true, relevant to the situation, aligned with your beliefs. When they are not, you will learn how to take out that mental trash and replace it with thoughts that are true, relevant, and aligned. That’s a good thing, because when we run on better fuel, we get better results.
